Selection is based on circulating water flow, inlet/outlet temperature difference, wet-bulb temperature and installation space. Share your working conditions (flow, temperature, footprint, pipe size) with our technical team and we will size the unit for you.
What is the warranty period?
The whole unit carries the standard manufacturer warranty, with the motor and key components covered separately. Exact terms are stated in the sales contract.
What is the delivery lead time?
Standard models ship within the agreed lead time after order confirmation; custom non-standard designs follow the schedule confirmed in the contract.
Do you support custom / non-standard design?
Yes. We support non-standard design including crossflow/counterflow types, stainless steel bodies, low-noise and high-temperature variants.
